Scope and Applicability

The DPDP applies to the processing of digital personal data of individuals in India. While Advocate for Justice does not collect personal data through user registration or accounts, we may process limited personal data automatically, such as IP addresses, browser information, and usage patterns via analytics tools and cookies for site functionality and improvement.

Your Rights Under DPDP

Exercising your rights under the DPDP will not result in any denial of service, discrimination, or adverse consequences. You are free to request access, correction, or deletion without penalty.

We may update this DPDP Compliance page periodically to reflect changes in law or our practices. The most recent version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.
